VO Service Terms

1.                  Any projects produced by enNCee Enterprises, LLC may not cannot contain any profanity, vulgarity, hate  messages or defamatory statements.

2.                  We reserve the right to refuse to record any announcements that we deem inappropriate.

3.                  Diligently proof your copy/script before delivering it to us.  Any changes made after production is complete will be subject to additional charges.  Re-recording to correct for mispronunciation of colloquial/idiomatic terms will be performed at no additional charge.

4.                  Any announcement or commercial requiring a music bed must be provided by you.  You are responsible for all licensing/performing fees.

5.                  You agree that we can use the finished product, in portion or whole, as a sample of our work to perspective clients.

6.                  Your order will be delivered via email in MP3 format within 72 hours of receiving approved copy.

7.                  Upon completion, prior to payment, you will received a heavily-filtered/obfuscated version of the product for you to review for presentation, pace, inflection, pronunciation and effect.  Once corrections, if any, are made and approved, the project will be completed.  Once paid in full, the filtering will be removed and you will received a clean copy.  Prepayment is also an alternative to this process.

10.              Your editing of the finished/delivered product is strictly prohibited.
